Shipping & Returns
Shipping takes about 3-5 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending upon the weight of the order.
If you selected pick up - please note that most items need to ship to me from our warehouse. Please expect about a week for pick up times!
All pre-orders will state that they are pre-orders and will have estimated ship dates/times on the post.
When ordering for a special event or as a gift, please keep in mind potential post office delays during peak times such as holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped.
You will be updated with a tracking number for your package once your order has shipped.
Items can be returned for in store credit within 14 days of purchase.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Sale items (this includes any promotional sales, example: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas in July sales, site wide sales, app wide sales, etc.), Deal of the Day items, Mystery items, and pre-orders are final sale.
Jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, bralettes, sunless tanning & other bath/body products, candy club, and candles are final sale as well as other products as needed up to our discretion.
Excessive returns per month are not accepted.
All merchandise must be returned in the original manner in which it was received which includes, but is not limited to being unwashed, unworn, free of stains, free of perfume or smoke, and with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you received a defective item, please email us a picture and your order number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of delivery.
Please allow up to 7 days to process your return.
